Astrata Product Update: Invoice Automation

PCI is happy to announce new enhancements to Astrata’s Invoice Automation.

The Astrata Invoice Automation feature allows users to send PDF and Microsoft Word files of invoices and POs to a unique AP email, automatically creating a voucher that the user can send immediately to Deltek Costpoint.

The newest updates include a created voucher table that shows the invoice ID, the amount of the voucher, when it was created, and a link to view the voucher, all in one snapshot. The user can also view a copy of the invoice in Astrata. Reduce hours spent manually processing vouchers with the latest updates to Invoice Automation entry.

Module Spotlight: Prepaids

Astrata now supports our newest prepaid interface. The features allow the user to upload and create prepaids that automatically create your journal entry in Deltek Costpoint. In addition to this, users can search, sort, and filter existing prepaids. The user can create prepaids and allocate costs to any accounts they have in their Costpoint instance.

This new functionality also allows the user to schedule their monthly prepaids, creating one seamless journal entry per month, recording all the user’s Prepaids.

After you have created the prepaids Astrata, the capabilities allow users to send hundreds of prepaid journal entry lines without even pressing a button. The user can also select what day of the month they would like this journal entry to be generated on.
