• Add accountability in Astrata with assignees and run your approval process in Costpoint.
• Best for teams that want layered checks at both the Astrata and Costpoint levels. - Base Astrata Approvals (Existing Option)
• Continue using the same approval flow you’re familiar with today.
• Ideal for clients who prefer the simplicity of Astrata’s original setup.
New Feature: Voucher Audit History Log
No matter which workflow you choose, you’ll now have access to Astrata’s voucher audit history log. This feature gives you full visibility into every step of the process:
- Who created the voucher
- Who edited it
- When and where changes were made
- Comments or assignments added along the way
This means your AP team will always know exactly where a voucher stands — eliminating confusion, reducing bottlenecks, and creating a complete record for accountability.
