Astrata Product Update: Prepaids and Barcodes

We are excited to announce two important updates for Astrata. The first update is a new automated feature that supports prepaids. The second update includes advanced barcoding capabilities specifically designed for manufacturing operations. Astrata is the only all-in-one financial management tool that is designed to revolutionize your experience with Deltek Costpoint.

New Automated Feature: Prepaids

Astrata now supports our newest prepaid interface. The features enable users to upload and create prepaids that automatically generate journal entries in Costpoint. Additionally, users can search, sort, and filter existing prepaids, as well as create prepaids and allocate costs to any accounts in their Costpoint instance.

This new functionality also allows users to schedule their monthly prepaids, creating a seamless journal entry per month to record all prepaids.

After creating the prepaids in Astrata, the capabilities allow users to send hundreds of prepaid journal entry lines without pressing a button. Users can also select the day of the month for generating this journal entry.

New Module: Barcoding

Our new barcoding module seamlessly integrates with Deltek Costpoint, enabling users to:
